1Are tips and tolls already included in the rates?
Yes, all tips and tolls are included in the rate.
2Does B.E.S.T (Black Exclusive SUV Transportation) offer services outside of New York City?
We do provide services outside of New York City. Please contact us if you need a pickup outside of the 5 boroughs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3Do drivers help clients with their luggage?
Yes, our experienced chauffeurs will assist clients with luggage.
4What kind of cars does B.E.S.T (Black Exclusive SUV Transportation) have?
We provide SUV transportation. The client will have one of the following SUVs: Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, and similar big-size SUVs.
5Does B.E.S.T (Black Exclusive SUV Transportation) provide booster seats for children?
Yes, we can provide booster seats when requested in advance.
6What is the cancelation policy?
The client can cancel their ride 24 hours before pick-up time with no fee. If there is a cancellation within 12 hours or more of pick-up time, 50% of the total fare will be charged. Less than 12-hour notice of cancelation will be charged 70% of the total fare. To avoid cancellation fees, please reach out as soon as possible if any concerns come up.
7When can I book a reservation?
Reservation can be made as soon as 5 hours before pick-up time. There will be no cancellations. Cancellation will result in a no-show fee which is 100% of the fare to respect the chauffeurs’ time.
8How does the payment process go down?
After the client has made a reservation, B.E.S.T (Black Exclusive SUV Transportation) will send a payment link via Square by Omur Services Inc. The client can use any valid credit/debit card. We do not keep any personal information. We do not accept cash payments.
9Does B.E.S.T offer services for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, parties, and so on?
Yes, we provide SUV transportation for all of your special occasions.
10How do I locate my driver at the airport?
Our expert chauffeurs will follow your flight with the provided information. When the flight lands your chauffeur will contact you directly, via text or email, and arrange a pickup point. Our standard airport pickup is curbside.
